WELLER WHS40LT SOLDERING STATION (Special Edition)

The WHS40LT Soldering Station (Special Edition) is ideally suited for ALL small Soldering where Temperature Control is essential or where lower than normal soldering temperatures are important.

This would include Electronic circuit boards, White Metal components, Lost Wax Trimming, and ALL general soldering applications.

This is a specialy modified version of the standard WHS40 (modified by Weller to our requirements) (Standard WHS40 is 200 - 450 C)

The small but High Capacity Iron makes that delicate work easy

Adjustment is simple via a thumbnail control on the base unit and is adjusted to a position that the user feels comfortable at especially where lower temperature soldering is involved. There is no readout but in our opinion this is not necessary as feel is more important than a specific temperature. The Thumbnail adjustment makes the jump between low temperature and normal full temperature soldering simplicity itself, as opposed to regular adjustment of small screws as on other units.

TEMPERATURE range 70 to 450 C (Normal WHS40 is 200-450C)

The iron is fitted with S32 (2mm) Bit,   

A S31 (0.4mm) bit is also available (see Weller spare bit section for price details)

This Iron is suitable for LEAD FREE SOLDER

A replaceable iron is available as a spare
