Postage & Carriage Charges:- Any Damages must be notified within 24hours of delivery so that we can make a claim on the delivery company. Failure to do so will mean that we cannot entertain a claim. Our delivery charges are 10% of the total cost of the order (minimum £1.50) and by this method the goods will be sent out by 2nd class post. This should take up to 7 working days but may take longer in some areas. 1st Class post is also available at 14% (minimum £2.00) SPECIAL DELIVERY (next working day. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are NOT working days), for those more urgent requirements, can be arranged at £10.99 per order, for orders totalling under £150, and £28.10 for all others. These prices now include V.A.T. These rates are for orders placed via the website only. We reserve the right to charge an additional administration fee for orders placed over the telephone or by mail.

Goods not required or wrongly ordered can be accepted back so long as they are in the original packaging, fully working, in fully resaleable and unused condition (see also distant selling regulations below) . A restocking charge of 30% of the original product cost will be deducted from the value as will the original postage costs and refunds applied to the ORIGINAL credit card account on the day of receipt if outside that time. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure the goods as we will take no responsibility for them until they arrive on our premises.Claims for loss from you to us will not be accepted and must be directed to the shipper i.e. Royal Mail in the case of normal post.
DISTANT SELLING REGULATIONS :-
These regulations allow you to return any unwanted or incorrectly ordered item within 14 days of supply. (UK only)
The goods must be returned in perfect resaleable condition, carriage paid, and a refund of the, will be made using your ORIGINAL Card Details. Otherwise the conditions herewith apply to all other circumstances.
RETURNS POLICY:- If a product purchased from us fails within a reasonable period due to a manufacturers defect then please return it to us carriage paid and we, after inspection, will be pleased to send a replacement for you with no further charge. ONLY if no replacement is immediately available will we refund your payment otherwise said replacement will apply. If there is a query regarding the use of, or reason for failure then we will refer the product to our supplier or the manufacturer whose decision will be final and any queries will then have to be taken up with them so please read the appropriate instructions to ensure proper use of the product to avoid problems
WEEE Regulations(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006)
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
BREWSTERS LTD are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from us a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For example, if a customer bought a new EEE item from us we would accept their old WEEE item and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us, Postage Paid within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Alternatively they should be disposed of at their nearest public amenity site.

Brewster Ltd do not disclose buyers information to ANY third party unless required to do so by Law. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Orders placed by credit card through the website are done so through a certified secure section of the site. When the order is received it is printed to hard copy, processed, despatched and when we have confirmed despatch to you via the email address you have given we erase your credit card details so that they cannot be recovered even for use on your subsequent orders.
After the order has been completed your information is dormant and is NOT used to produce mailing lists etc unless you have specifically requested for us to send you up to date information when it is available
